Binding - all new to me

Each signature was 4 sheets and so I used this method of binding by stitching the pages and then attaching the seperate dissertation in red at the back so it created a neater outcome.

by using the tape it would ensure a tighter and stronger bind

I also used bulldog clips to make sure the final outcome was alined and neat....this was all new to me so I was interested in all the steps. 

I really liked the contrast between the off white and so created a wrap around sleeve/belly band to create this outcome. I didnt want the type to be too involved with the overall design on the front as I thought it could be seen as a little cheesy as the name could be construed as a little pretentious but I think it explains what I wanted to achieve.
