annotations for the blog below
blog post below all write it here as issue won't allow me to blog below the post. In order for us to gain a yearbook we began by pitching for the graphic design one. From here the relevant courses will be assigned to the relevant designers regarding their design styles.
board one: the concept to our pitch was the graphic design at Leeds College of Art offers a 360°. After three years on the course it would result in a well rounded full-spectrum. Of course encompasses a wide range of all aspects of graphic design. The full cyclical learning experience gives you a full 360°
. To reinforce a concept we want to use degrees as page numbers, angles to separate the page layout corresponding to each degree
due to the highly amount of photographs that would be needed to portray a white satin stock would be used for the majority of the book to depict the colours best as possible we want a grey card stock for the cover
is to avoid tradition and stereotypical yearbooks wants to remove the names from the pages of the work in attempt to take with the pretence of judgement instead showing equal
it is not until the breeder gets the back of the when they can find out whose degree relates to which students
board two: of the main key is presented here and is of very important part of the book
this helps you identify people's worth and highlight each person's degree
the infographics highlights and informs the reader of not only the good sides graphic design course but also gives a sense of identity with regards to activities and anecdotes found during a time of his college of art.
board three: the tutors pages will be different this June pages as these will be reversed out this will add interest to the book allow for the pages to be defined and draw the reader's guide to the pages. The tutors have also been included within the angles as they are a vital part of or create 360°. All angles between 0° and hundred and 80° are drawn and created from the baseline at the bottom of the page all other angles are defined from the baseline the top. The layout is defined by an angle angles are representative in an individual and individual is partly responsible for the complete education received. This is our conceptual focus for this pitch.
infographics will also be presented within the publication relating to type and layout, image, branding and identity, retail packaging, editorial and publishing.
Brief 1: Typography Tour
Background / Considerations
|
|
Giving typography
greater exposure to raise awareness that, as some have called it, the single
most important aspect of graphic design. As part of a larger educational tour
I will be concentrating on a broad range of typography. This will allow me to create
an extensive range of collateral for a museum/exhibition space.
Target Audience
The purpose of this
brief is to make students aware of what typography really is.

|
